Partaitogel Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the partaitogel platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and partaitogel as the platform operator. They apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing our content or services through any device or browser.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority under local law, to register and use this platform. partaitogel reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the partaitogel platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. partaitogel will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their account information secure.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your account.
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Let us know immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a partaitogel platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.
  • Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the operations of the platform, its servers, or related networks.
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code through our platform.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Impersonating another individual or entity while using the platform.
  • Abusing the bonus or promotions system through dishonest activity or coordination across multiple accounts.

Partaitogel reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts without prior notice.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the partaitogel platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, e-wallets such as Touch'n Go and GrabPay, and bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.

Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been verified by our system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. For withdrawals, you must submit a request through the user portal and fulfil the required account verification conditions.

  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method.
  • Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification is complete.
  • Partaitogel reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals subject to necessary security or compliance reviews.
  • Any taxes or charges levied by third-party financial institutions are the user's responsibility.
  • Transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through an account registered in the same user's name. partaitogel does not process payments through third-party accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

The partaitogel platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, partaitogel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Partaitogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

  • Breach of any terms set out in this document.
  • Fraudulent activity, abuse, or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.
  • Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
  • Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
  • Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

For accounts suspended pending investigation, users may submit an appeal to our support team by email at [email protected]. partaitogel's decision is final in all matters relating to account suspension or closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the partaitogel platform, including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software, is the property of partaitogel or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.
